The following are strictly prohibited:

• Weapon accessories or modifications

1.3 Stolen or Illegal Goods

• Stolen property of any kind
• Goods without proof of ownership
• Counterfeit items or replicas
• Items with removed serial numbers
• Unlicensed software or pirated content

1.4 Adult Content & Services

• Adult sexual services or escort services
• Adult content or pornography
• Sex toys or explicit materials
• Massage services with sexual connotations
• Dating or companionship services with adult implications

1.5 Tobacco & Alcohol

• Cigarettes, cigars, or tobacco products
• E-cigarettes or vaping products
• Alcoholic beverages
• Home-brewed alcohol

2.1 Recalled or Unsafe Products

• Prescription medical devices
• Used medical equipment (CPAP, oxygen, etc.)

• Lead paint or lead-based products
• Radioactive materials
• Industrial chemicals
• Gas cylinders or compressed gases

2.4 Wildlife & Animal Products

• Endangered species or parts
• Ivory products
• Exotic pets without proper licenses
• Animal fighting equipment
• Products made from protected animals

2.5 Food & Consumables

• Homemade food (unless licensed kitchen)
• Expired food products
• Infant formula or baby food (used/open)
• Dietary supplements (used/open)
• Vitamins or health products (used)

3.1 Unlicensed Professional Services

Services requiring professional licenses are prohibited unless properly licensed:

• Medical services (nursing, therapy, surgery)
• Dental services
• Veterinary services
• Legal services (unless licensed attorney)
• Tax preparation (unless licensed)
• Electrical work (unless licensed electrician)
• Plumbing (unless licensed plumber)
• HVAC services (unless licensed)

3.2 Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)

• Recruiting for MLM companies
• Pyramid schemes
• Multi-level marketing opportunities
• Network marketing schemes

3.3 Gambling & Sweepstakes

• Illegal gambling services
• Sports betting or bookmaking
• Lottery ticket sales
• Casino-style gambling
• Raffles or sweepstakes (without proper permits)

4.1 Childcare Services

• Background check strongly recommended
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Must accept Childcare Services Agreement
• State licensing may be required

6.1 How to Report

If you encounter a listing that violates this policy:

• Click the "Report" button on the listing
• Select the violation type
• Provide details about the violation
• Our team will review within 24 hours

6.2 What Happens Next

• Listing is immediately flagged for review
• Serious violations result in immediate listing removal
• User may receive warning or account suspension
• Repeat violations result in permanent ban
• Illegal items reported to law enforcement
