Childcare Services Agreement

Required for all childcare and babysitting services

⚠️ CRITICAL: HIGH-RISK ACTIVITY - AGREEMENT REQUIRED

Childcare involves serious risks to child safety. This agreement requires your mandatory acceptance during booking.

If you are not comfortable with these risks, DO NOT use LoopHood for childcare services.

INTRODUCTION

This Childcare Services Agreement applies to all childcare, babysitting, and nanny services on LoopHood.

LoopHood is NOT Responsible:

• LoopHood does NOT screen, vet, or train childcare providers
• LoopHood does NOT verify credentials or experience
• LoopHood does NOT provide insurance
• All providers are independent contractors

1. BACKGROUND CHECK LIMITATIONS

Background Checks Are Optional & Have Limitations

Background checks may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. A "Verified" badge does NOT guarantee safety.

2. PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Required Certifications

Current CPR certification (infant & child)
Current First Aid certification
State childcare licensing (if required)

2.2 Safety Standards

NEVER leave children unattended
Maintain child-to-caregiver ratios
Childproof environment
Monitor for allergies and medical conditions

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

NEVER use physical punishment
NEVER administer unauthorized medication
NEVER leave children unsupervised

3. PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Parents MUST:

Check at least 3 references
Conduct in-person interviews
Verify certifications and licensing
Provide complete medical information
Provide emergency contacts

4. LIABILITY WAIVER

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS INCLUDING INJURY, DEATH, NEGLECT, OR HARM TO CHILDREN. YOU RELEASE LOOPHOOD FROM ALL LIABILITY. THIS WAIVER APPLIES EVEN IF LOOPHOOD IS NEGLIGENT.

5. ACCEPTANCE

Agreement & Acceptance

By checking the "I agree" box and proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms in this Childcare Services Agreement.
